Car Parking is found nearby at:

1. The Quay Visitors, Old Orchard Multistorey Carpark, BH15 1SB, (£1 an hour)

2. The Thistle Hotel Car Park on Poole Quay, (£6 per day)

For Coaches:

Parking is available, a few yards away, in level walking distance on Old Orchard for coaches and Drivers...please make yourself known to us for liaison and gratuities.

We are dog-friendly for calm pets. We also have a "Dog Park"/ tether at the front door for friskier puppies.

No, we do not. There are public toilets in the area and in local eateries.

Our store is wheelchair accessible with aisle widths suitable for a standard size wheelchair.

"Have a Go" is available 7 days a week, open 10am till 5pm. Last entry at 3pm.

We have a few tables for 6 persons available. Please note that there is no need to book, but you can if you want/need to reserve space for a large group.

We also offer Have-a-Go Birthday parties and Stag/Hen parties to get the night started! 🥳

Yes, we can post to your home.

Yes, we can make bespoke items, whether its to match Poole Pottery tableware thats hard to source now, or new Studio Poole items made by our in house Artist.
